We are actually going to celebrate Jacob's Birthday Thursday, but daddy wanted to get a little cake for him and one of his presents. JOYFUL ACHIEVING CUTE OBEDIENT (SOMETIMES) BELIEVING Happy Birthday Jacob!!!!!
